Tiny Old Kokeshi

This beautiful vintage Japanese kokeshi doll stands 9.5 cm tall and features exquisite hand-painted detail. Carved from a single piece of wood using traditional techniques, her craftsmanship strongly suggests an early 1950s origin. The refined painting style closely resembles the highly collectible 1950s nodder kokeshi, known for their delicate expressions and fine detailing.

She displays a soft, aged patina consistent with her age, yet remains very well preserved.
